Our website sells live products and services, such as Escape Game created and operated by Trapgame Sàrl.

Delivery times for gift vouchers
The gift vouchers are sent by e-mail or by post, depending on the option chosen, within a few days of receipt of the order.

Delivery
We deliver in Switzerland only.
However, if the gift voucher is requested to be sent by post, a shipping and handling fee of CHF 5.00 per gift voucher will be added to the order.
If you request a gift box or adventure book by post, a shipping and handling fee of CHF 12.00 per box or adventure book will be added to your order.

Cancellation of orders and right of return
Cases of non-performance of the contract are subject to Swiss law.
We make the customer aware that once the order has been validated, it cannot in principle be cancelled.
